Problem Statement
How might we help the Customers and Sales Managers to collaborate with the Demand Planner to provide an accurate and timely demand forecast?
Understanding the Process
Every company has its own planning process and timeline... no two company follows the same process

A well-crafted project plan to cover 2 tracks of design. The idea was to first understand the requirement and user needs. Once we defined the problem statement, we kept 6 weeks for an ideal design where we go broad and created a design best suited for users without going through the feasibility bottleneck. Once we have these designs, we defined the MVP and started designing for production keeping the technology constraint in mind.
Crafting the perfect user journey
Before working on the UI designs, the most essential step is to design the perfect user journey. This will ensure that we understand the requirements and are thinking broadly to help users do their work effortlessly and efficiently.

Once the story is validated and agreed upon, supporting high-level screens are designed to go with the story. This is the stepping stone to achieving the final results.

Once the low-fidelity designs are validated and an ideal flow is created, it was time to prioritize the requirements based on the ongoing research and define the MVP.
