It is a process that involves many different tasks like removing duplicates, changing formats, pattern correction, etc., which cannot be fully automated. Many of the data preparation activities are routine, tedious, and time-consuming.

This study aimed at helping the design and the product teams understands how target users prepare data, discover pain points, gaps, and issues in the current version of ADP, and prioritize areas to redesign.
